We're going to help you define your customer's "why" statement so you can begin the innovation process with your customer's belief statement clearly in mind.

This collaborative workshop is designed to help you bring innovation to life in your business. We'll teach you how to identify the belief statement behind your customer's purchase behaviour.

Knowing your customer's why is a crucial step in the journey of building a great company.

We've designed this workshop to be interactive which means it's not a lecture. You'll get the best out of this if you're willing to engage and collaborate. You don't have to come as a team but if you're a business owner and want to bring your team this is the perfect workshop for you.

Workshop Outline

Opening 15 mins: Hello! Introduction to Design Strategy.
Next 30 mins: complete a Customer Persona Card.
Next 30 mins: complete the Stretching the Meaning task.
Final 30 mins: Q&A with the team at Hustle Digital to help you with implementing these tools in your business.
